Moving to your AI-HQ folder

The OS has not been upgraded or renamed. The folder structure has always been AI-HQ. We have just pulled it out on its own now so it is easier to find and work with.

If you set your OS up a while ago, you do not need to re-download everything or delete your old setup. Nothing you have built is at risk, including your scheduled tasks.

To update: download the new content, then point your AI tool at it, whether that is Claude, ChatGPT, Codex, Gemini, or whatever you use, and ask it to compare the new content against what you already have, find the gaps, and bring across only what is genuinely new. You can also point your AI tool at your existing setup and ask it to move everything into the ideal AI-HQ structure for you.

Where the OS folders live: usually one level up, at the top of your AI-HQ, or you create an agent folder inside each of them.

A plugin walkthrough video is on the way.

Set up your AI-HQ

Your whole AI OS lives in one folder called AI-HQ. This quick tool asks about your situation (a business, just your role, several businesses, or clients you build for), then gives you the exact folder structure and copy-paste commands to create it. Do this once, before your Foundation.

  • Adapts to founders, professionals, multi-business, and agencies
  • Name folders to fit how you work, not forced into our labels
  • Copy-paste setup for Mac or Windows, nothing typed by hand

The Foundation

Set this up once and every department you add already knows your business, your voice, and your rules. Do it first: everything else builds on it, and it takes about fifteen minutes.

  • Your business, audience and offers, in your own words
  • Your voice, so everything the AI writes sounds like you, not a robot
  • Your rules: what the AI may do on its own, and what it must check with you first

Home OS

The household and the mental load, run like your best system. The inbox, the family calendar, the dates that slip, the meals, the school admin, and the planning that usually lives in one person's head. Many of our members start here, learning AI at home before they bring it to work.

  • Family inbox, calendar, and the weekly rundown
  • Due dates and renewals, meals, chores, and school comms
  • Your ideal week, with time protected for what matters

The AI Her Way plugin marketplace

Downloads go stale; subscriptions do not. Add our marketplace to Claude or Cowork once, install the departments you run, and every improvement we ship arrives automatically. New departments simply appear on their release month.

  • Desktop app: Settings → Plugins → Add → Add marketplace, paste Ai-HerWay/os, then click the + next to each department (start with Foundation). In Claude Code: /plugin marketplace add Ai-HerWay/os
  • Install only the packs you use; remove any, anytime

Advanced · optional

Only if you want a skill we do not offer yet. Most members never need this: the departments above already cover the essentials. These tools turn your own processes into AI files, for Claude, Cowork, or any AI.

Skills Health Check

As your library grows it drifts: skills start competing for the same prompt, descriptions go thin, safety gets assumed. This audits every skill for hygiene and EquiAI safety, maps how they connect, and walks you through the fixes one at a time. Runs on your machine, nothing uploaded.
